When are orders dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 days. Normally, as soon as the prescription is issued, our pharmacy aims to ship the package as quickly as possible.

Can I track my order?

You’ll be able to track your order using the tracking number found in your email confirmation.

What happens if the doctor declines my order?

If your order is declined you will be informed via a private message. Medzino will automatically refund the full amount to the same payment card.

Can you deliver outside the U.S.?

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver outside the U.S.

Will the mailman know what I’ve ordered?
